The home birth package at De la Flor Midwifery includes all of your prenatal visits from the start. This is one visit per month until week 28, then a biweekly visit until week 36, and a home planning visit is followed by weekly visits until the birth of your baby. After delivery, the practice provides 1-day, 5-day, 12-day, and 6-week postpartum visits as well as optional lactation guidance and more. Your care will be personalized because we understand you may have special needs and considerations. We are available 24/7 for urgent situations.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or you have walked this path before, we want you to know all of your options for prenatal care and the delivery of your baby. Often in hospital settings, clients don't realize they can still ask questions and decline anything that doesn't align with their families' vision for their birth. We want you to know that saying "No" continues to be an option regardless of where you decide to birth.
